The New Forest national Park lies in the south of England. It is a beautiful area of forests, heaths and pastures. The New Forest lies mainly within the county of Hampshire, and also Wiltshire. It has a rich and long history and includes many historic places, including the famous Rufus Stone (pictured below) where one of William the Conquerors sons is thought to have died in 1100.
